I was on my way to getting lunch when this lady crossed my path. Seriously?! A summer dress and a shawl is all she decided to put on this morning? I hope she's going thru menopause and is having hot flashes or something because it was definitely not this hot.
I understand we're all anticipating spring but (pun intended) cool it guys.
